Is it safe to use my credit card?

At idealoft, we take your security very seriously. When you make a purchase via our secure server, your credit card information is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 128 Bit encryption technology before being transmitted to us over the internet.

How much is shipping?

$4.96 per order for Priority Mail or Fedex Ground (we choose the best method for your particular shipment). It doesn't matter how much you order - you will always be charged this a flat rate.

When will I receive my order?

Shipping takes 2 to 5 days via Priority Mail or Fedex Ground (we will choose the most economical choice) and in-stock orders ship within 48 hours (usually faster) of the time you placed the order. If you need to receive your order more quickly, please contact us so we can accommodate your request.

Do you charge sales tax?

We only charge sales tax (8.25%) for orders shipped to California. We do not collect tax for any other orders. Note that California residents are not required to pay sales tax on stamps purchased through our store.

Do you ship your products outside the United States?

International wholesale orders are accepted, but retail orders via this website can only be shipped to destinations in the United States.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, send it back within 30 days of your order date, and we will promptly reimburse your credit card for the full amount you paid (sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges).
